Amanda Edington is Vice President of Account Management at Payscale, where she has spent the past five years leading transformative strategies to strengthen client retention, drive expansion, and scale account management across global markets. She began her career as an educator before “stumbling” into sales in 2004, a move she credits as the true launch of her career. By 2005, she discovered her passion for HR technology and has since dedicated her career to the field. Over the past two decades, she has led global channel organizations, high-performing sales teams, and large-scale account management functions, with a focus on aligning teams to growth, retention, and client success. She’s passionate about compensation as a strategic lever, the future of pay transparency, and the role of AI in HR tech while firmly believing that the human element remains at the center of meaningful work. Outside of Payscale, Amanda spends the majority of her time with her husband and 4 children.
