Compensation survey season is here! Are you prepared to make an informed decision when it comes to choosing compensation data that meets your business needs while also balancing both your budget and time? It is easy to become overwhelmed by the vast amounts of data available. This session will examine the top considerations a Compensation professional should focus on when engaging in the survey decision-making process.

Rebecca Toman

Survey Operations Manager

Pearl Meyer

Rebecca is a Survey Operations Manager in the Boston Office. In this role, she designs and publishes compensation and benefits surveys for a wide range of industries and employee populations. Rebecca is also a faculty member in the Business and Economics department at Framingham State University where she teaches a graduate course on Compensation and Performance Management. 

Previously, Rebecca has held compensation roles at Salary.com. She has a B.S. with concentrations in marketing and finance from Syracuse University, holds a M.A. in Human Resource Management from Framingham State University, and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) and a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) through WorldatWork.

Rebecca’s favorite pastimes are competing in road races, learning to play the piano, and preparing and enjoying afternoon tea with her family.


Wyatt Allread

Survey Account Manager

Pearl Meyer

Wyatt is a Survey Account Manager in the Boston Office. He manages a portfolio of compensation and benefits surveys as well as handles client accounts.

Wyatt earned a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Bentley University in 2015. He also completed the Liberal Studies Major Program with a focus in Earth, Environment, and Global Sustainability.

Wyatt’s favorite pastimes are spending time with family and in the outdoors, including running, hiking and skiing.
