Membership

One of the greatest challenges for compensation professionals today is staying current with the changes in our field.  Whether it's learning about the newest design in variable compensation plans, understanding changes in the regulatory environment, or dealing with a turbulent economy, it's critical to stay up to date and ahead of the curve.  CCA is a great source of information and professional development in Central Ohio.  Membership is open to anyone who resides in the state of Ohio, agrees to support the purpose of CCA, and has a human resource affiliation.

Benefits of CCA Membership include:

  • Networking with over 160+ local compensation professionals
  • Access to Online Membership Directory and Member Forum
  • Discounted Meetings
  • Discounted WorldatWorkTM Courses
  • Bi-monthly member newsletters
  • Free compensation job postings on the CCA website
But don't take our word for it. . . hear what some members have to say about the value of their CCA Membership:

"For me, CCA is many things.  Tangibly, there are discounts on CCA classes and access to premium content, but the CCA is more than that.  It is a chance to talk with professionals about their pay practices.  It is an opportunity to hear from experts about relevant topics that impact myself and those I advise.  It is the intangibles that provide me the greatest value."

--Jordan McCleery, Momentive

"CCA provides superlative benefits relative to its nominal cost.  Especially valuable are the local networking, opportunities to actively participate on board or committees, and programming focused on professional trends."

 --Lisa Turner, Wendy's
